Hello Again

Back in January, my big sister Reba (who was 13 years old and the bestest Rottweiler in the whole wide world) got sick and had to be put to sleep. I miss her alot because I would jump all over her and she would just let me!!! She even taught me how to potty outside. Mom would take me out and say "go potty Sophie" and I would look at her with my adorable brown eyes and think....huh? Then Reba would walk over by me and go potty so I would understand what mom was saying. She was soooo smart. Here's a picture of us taken on 11/24/06.

Anyhow, in February, my parents decided that Bandit (oh, he's my big brother, he's 10 years old. That's him standing outside the sliding glass door with Reba laying next to him and me laying on the rug inside) and I needed another sister, so one day they left the house and came back with Roxy. She is a Boxer/Lab mix and is mean to me sometimes. Not like real mean, but mean like she takes my toys and plays with them and lays in my bed and that kind of stuff. Well, tomorrow, Roxy is going to the vet to have surgery (mom says its so she can't have puppies and I appreciate that cause one of her around here is all I can stand). Anyhow, I had my surgery a few months ago because I am 3 months older, so I had to tell her not to be scared that she'll be ok and it only hurts for a little while. Here's a picture of Roxy taken last month.

Well, its late and mom says its time to go to bed, I don't know why, I'm not the one having surgery tomorrow, but mom's the boss, so I'll close for now. Love you all, thanks for stopping by my blog.

Meet Me

My AKC name is "Little Miss Princess Sophie". My family calls me, Sophie, Sophie Bophie, Baby Sophie and on a bad day some names that we can't post on line. I was born on September 23, 2006 and came home with my new Mom and Dad on November 18, 2006. I immediately got to go shopping for a new bed, toys and essential stuff. My favorite things were my pink bed and pink purse toy.

When my Mom took me to the vet on 11/25/06, I only weighed 1.6 lbs. They had to be very careful not to step on me which is hard to do since I am so small and quick. You should see me run.

Caleb made me a ramp with pillows so I can get up on the loveseat in his room because I think that is a really cool place to hang out. He keeps telling mom I am really his dog. I love all the attention.

When Tracie comes home, I like to buddy up with her. I follow her everywhere. I even sleep with her if she lets me. Brian thinks it is funny to toss me in the air and catch me. (one day I am either going to pee or throw up on him I haven't decided which yet).
